Geelong 2009 premiership ruckman Mark Blake will retire from football after deciding not to nominate for the upcoming draft.

Geelong has traded pick 26 to the GCS for picks 32 and 34. This means that Geelong’s first pick will now be pick 32 and they get an extra pick in the third round where there should still be some good quality players to add to the list.
